Iglow Mentoring

Our Mission At iGlow Mentoring, our mission is to provide events, curriculum, and social media campaigns that increase girls self-worth and authenticate what it looks like to be successful in today’s society. With our 12-week curriculum and our Perfect Match Mentoring System, we seek to implement effective change for our mentees’ lives by covering topics such as college readiness, career advancement, and multicultural exposure. Our Purpose: The purpose of iGlow Mentoring is to guide and encourage growth, discovery, and smart risk-taking; to give teen girls the experiences and relationships that will positively influence change in their personal lives; to provide opportunities for participants to develop professionally; to supply a network of women that allow participants to explore multiple career options and to Inspire Girls to utilize their diverse skills, personalities and experiences to Lead Our WORLD.
