Ignitability

Here at Ignitability, we work with leaders in a strength-based collaborative relationship to help maximise their potential through self-directed learning and sustained behavioural change. We support people to realise their potential – creatively, respectfully and honestly. The coaching activities are based on the principles of adult learning: awareness, action, and reflection. We support leaders to build high performing teams, improve communication and engagement, manage change and ambiguity, all critical to leadership success. We also support top talent through transitions such as parental leave, lateral moves and promotions, on-boarding of new talent, following organisational restructures and during significant periods of change. Further we facilitate workshops with Leaders and their teams where a science-based view of their individual and collective behaviours spotlights the potential, motives and culture that may support or hinder a company's future success. These programs are tailored for each organisation to meet their specific needs. Ignitability works with individuals and teams within an organisation, not only to bring about individual change, but also to bring about wider culture change.
