I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been practicing for 14 years. I have experience working In community behavioral health, in a group practice and now in private practice. I am a Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and a trained Brainspotting therapist. I also have advanced training in other EMDR therapy protocols. In addition, I use Structural Dissociation, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and mindfulness-based techniques to help my clients facilitate change and meet their goals for healing. As a result, I have seen the transformations that can occur in a clients life, often making them feel that they can live life fully once again.
