Our business model commences at early design or concept stage, documentation in the design development stage, supervision and commissioning in construction stage, and Data Monitoring/Analytics post commission stage. Our role begins from design feasibility at land acquisition, cost planning, value engineering, design documentation and supervision, to project managing sub-consultants, sub-contractors through the construction phase. Our technical skills go beyond, we assist building owners/developers and facility managers to better use the building systems. The data captured and recorded can now be used to better understand the health of the building, how to maintain and improve system efficiencies and reliabilities but also maintaining an eagle eye on the operation cost through proper reporting and information that can essentially hold the key for better ongoing decision making.
