PRODUCTION With production facilities in both the U.S. and China, in addition to a vast supply chain network, you can rest assured that the product you receive will be the product you are expecting. Quality control protocols are implemented at every turn to ensure quality, durability, and timeliness. LOGISTICS Our freight-forwarding partners deliver to your final destination with safety and promptness in mind. We also offer options to arrange separate warehouse storage to minimize on-site clutter and dependence on Just-In-Time deliveries. INSTALLATION The installation of your FF & E will be carried out and supervised by our project managers, following a work plan we produce together to your standards. CUSTOMER SERVICE Upon completion, our project managers will provide you with all of the necessary documents regarding the proper care and maintenance of your new furniture, along with warranty information and as-built drawings.
