Started as an engineering and construction laboratory for the Penang Airport Project in 1952 and subsequently became the research, development and training centre of the Malaysian Public Works Department until its privatisation in 1997 and known as KUMPULAN IKRAM SDN BHD. IKRAM has evolved to become amongst the few organisation in Malaysia capable of providing TOTAL INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS for engineering forensic and consultancy services SPECIALISING in the areas of GEOTECHNICAL & GEO ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, PAVEMENT, HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING, STRUCTURE & MATERIAL ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES, CERTIFICATION OF PRODUCT & PERSONNEL. Founded more than 20 years ago, we have grown steadily through diversification of business and grown into a recognised brand.
