Contemporary Neapolitan style pizzas served from our pizzeria in Saltaire. We are recognised internationally as a Petra Selected Partner®, our head chef was a finalist in PAPA’s UK Pizza Chef of the Year 2021 and, for mobile events & street food, we are Powered by Ooni, having first being established as a street food vendor back in 2020. All our pizzas are the latest Neapolitan style, Canotto (large airy crusts), made using a Biga preferment to give a more digestible and flavourful crust than traditional pizza napoletana.
