Ilc, Llc

ILC, LLC is a privately held corporation specializing in providing community living support to adults with disabilities. Our mission is “respecting and supporting the dignity of all individuals to live and work in a free and unbiased society, while teaching and supporting the responsibilities that come with living in that society.” Originally known as Independent Living Choices, Inc, the company was founded by Shirley Koepke in 2003. We began with one member two hours a day, five days per week, with Shirley as the sole employee. Her agency quickly grew with her reputation; within one year, Independent Living Choices, Inc. had expanded to include three adult family homes. Today, ILC consists of six licensed adult family homes and a community supported living program. Shirley retired in 2021 and sold the company to a group of current employees. The company got a new name, but our mission, vision and values remain the same. We strive to continue Shirley's legacy, to continue providing the highest quality services to our members, and to be an employer of choice in the Coulee Region.
