Ilca, Inc. Miami Division

ILCA Collection Agency Inc, was founded in 1986 in San Juan, Puerto Rico by the President and Owner, Ms. Idalia Llorens Santini. We are a “boutique” Collection Agency, which has provided collection services in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for over 25 years. At the request of several business that have expanded their operations from Puerto Rico to Florida, Ms. Llorens, opened a division of ILCA in downtown Miami, registering the company in the State of Florida and acquiring a Florida Consumer Collection License. I personally have been in the Billing and Collection business for the past 18 years, 12 of those years managing the Collection department for the Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Inc. headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. I know firsthand, how important it is for a company to hire an Agency that will treat their accounts with professionalism and with the understanding that many of their debtors are long time clients. Knowing that Ms. Llorens and I had similar backgrounds and the same understanding of how we want to change the “face” of the collection industry, I jumped at the opportunity, moved to Miami and partner with her to open the Miami Division.
