For 3 generations ILCAR has specialized in the processing and transformation of carob for the food and livestock industry. Each stage of carob processing takes place in the large plant in Sicily, equipped with the latest generation systems and equipment, offering a wide range of high quality products. In order to meet the growing demand, ILCAR is adding new equipment to the various production lines already present, to start the processing of carob seeds. Very soon, ILCAR locust bean gum will be available, expanding the range of products offered and industries served.
