iLearn4Fun is a non profit organization. Our mission is to provide free quality education to the children of developing nations through mobile technology. iLearn4fun believes that education is the foundation of an advancing society. By focusing on early literacy we can provide a platform for a quality education. Literacy opens the door to development and growth in both the individual and the community. Reading and writing are tools for eradicating poverty and the key to gender equality. iLearn4Fun believes that if we want to address the digital gap between the Western world and the developing world, we should not only be developing applications in English, but in many other languages as well. Making our applications available in a variety of native languages will aid early learning, as it is very challenging to learn to read for the first time in a language you do not speak. iLean4Fun is applying to the Global Learning XPRIZE competition
