Illuminate Charity

Illuminate is the only not-for-profit in Cambridgeshire that specialises in mental health coaching and training. We work with individuals and the businesses community. Illuminate's charitable services include online free sessions, coaching, community groups and mentoring support for people who are unemployed and over 18 to overcome and manage mental health challenges positively. We also work with the business community offering specialist coaching and training including bite-sized learning, talks, mental health awareness, stress management, Mental Health First Aid and support for MHFA's through our wellbeing practitioners network. By working with us you are supporting our mission as a charity to improve mental health and reduce the stigma in the workplace and in our communities. Also showing customers, staff and suppliers that your business takes mental health seriously.
