iLoftSpace Workplaces, LLC was launched in 2012 as a unique and innovative endeavor looking to meet the need for alternative workplace communities in the New York area. iLoftSpace is a Coworking Office Space Hotel (COSH) owner of co-working office facilities where small and independent operators work together. By promoting collaboration, flexibility in occupancy costs, and expansion capabilities with state-of-the-art technology, we have created workplaces that provide the right blend of convenience and technology, at a price that won’t break the bank. iLoftSpace currently operates 2 Midtown South locations: 192 Lexington Avenue at East 32nd Street and 256 West 36th Street at Eighth Avenue, each comprised of approximately 112 workplaces.
