As a Counselor | Therapist, I combine traditional talk therapy with Body Mind Work, a method that helps me tune into where emotional triggers live in the body and nervous system. My sessions are both deep and soft — designed to help you process what feels too much, without being overwhelmed by it. You don’t have to relive every difficult moment to find healing. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface: the beliefs that limit you, the tension that lingers, and the patterns that quietly shape how you think, feel, and react. From there, we begin to shift — at your pace, with kindness and insight. I work with adults, teens, and children.
