ILWM Wellness is a diverse team of talented wellness and health promotion specialists operating as a cohesive and multidisciplinary group. We provide Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion, Wellness Culture Coaching and Personal Wellness Services for organizations and individuals. ILWM Wellness differs from other health and wellness providers in that we operate as a team and meet people where they are with total wellness solutions. We use an innovative strengths-based approach to personal and workplace wellness, which helps individuals and organizations identify their personal, cultural and environmental strengths so they can fully take advantage of them. As a result, our programs increase motivation, build self-confidence and promote the skill-building and creation of supportive cultural environments needed to achieve lasting change.
