IM is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people become the best versions of themselves. By focusing on five key areas of life, IM helps individuals find life balance in both personally and professionally through physical, emotional, intellectual, financial, and spiritual growth. IM believes that by identifying and addressing the needs of the individual, we will address the needs of our families, work places, communities, and world. With the idea that we should always leave it better than we found it, IM's goal is to leave each person in a better place so they too can leave their world better than they found it. While partnering with successful leaders and organization and in conjunction with the strengths of the Millennial's and Gen Z, IM will help bring about amazing change.
