Imago Work is a Hanoi-based social enterprise creating inclusive employment pathways for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe in the power of meaningful work to transform lives and communities. By combining education, job training, and employer partnerships, we prepare neurodivergent young people to thrive in the workplace—and help businesses build more inclusive and diverse teams. Our model bridges the gap between education and employment, empowering both trainees and employers to succeed.
