The subscription based Managed IT services will consists of offering such as Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM), Managed Compute Service, Managed Network Service, Managed Storage Service, Managed Security Services, Managed Application Service, Help Desk Service and 24x7 Technical Assistance Centre for Vendor Product Support. iManage also offers Cloud Computing thru SaaS (Software as a Service ) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) model. The key objectives are to: • Enable customers have an IT Infrastructure that is relevant for their business need and which has the scalability built into the design • Provide customers with affordable options for 24x7 monitoring and management of their IT investments. Provide rapid response to problems and resolution by utilizing tools for remote management and monitoring. • Provide an option of customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) to enable customer to select aspects of the service that add value to their business • Provide IT Infrastructure as an “Opex” option vis-à-vis “Capex”. This will enable customers to deploy financial resources into core business operations and also have the benefit of technology refresh as per business requirement.
