Imarah Consultancy" supports in learning and development of NGO staff, humanitarians, or NGOs as organisation, through coaching, training, and consultancy. Together we identify the needs, set the goals, and plan the activities, while flexibility enables to adjust to the specific needs of the client. Coaching will be tailored to the individual needs of humanitarian or NGO staff to learn, develop, and create a balanced and fulfilling life. Trainings and capacity building starts with a learning needs assessment, to be able to adjust the training and capacity building to the organisational needs, the needs of the individual participants and the context in which the organisation is working.
