We teach Karate, Little Ninjas 3-6 yrs, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Fitness classes and Tricking. Self defense classes are for all ages and we have a Ladies only Kickboxing class aswell. At the IMC our goal is to get our students, whether they are kids or adults, into the best shape of their lives and instill a champion's attitude of self improvement.
