The IMDDA is an international membership dedicated to advancing the interests of institutional investors who conduct due diligence on new and existing investments. Our goal is to advance the knowledge and skills of the due diligence community through continuing education and world-class information resources, as well as the establishment of industry standards for conducting due diligence on potential and ongoing investments.
