iMDS (iMedia Digital Services - a division of IV Media, LLC) operates a programmatic ad exchange and SSP, digital media consultancy and white-glove adops managed services agency serving MVPDs and ISPs, and Float Left, a premium OTT solutions provider and app development studio. iMDS was originally formed in 2021 from Synacor’s SSP and Portal Advertising business segment, and Float Left though acquisitions made by iMedia Brands, Inc, the parent company of home shopping networks ShopHQ and 1-2-3.tv GmbH, as well as luxury apparel brands Christopher & Banks and J.W. Hulme. In August 2023, iMedia Brands and iMDS went on to be acquired by IV Media, LLC (a subsidiary of SI Capital - owned by billionaire and 5-hour ENERGY Founder, Manoj Bhargava), creating a new omnichannel media powerhouse seemingly overnight.
