Imiso ceramics is a design oriented manufacturing company that produces high end design commodities for the interior market. Imiso Ceramics started off with four individuals, with various backgrounds, taking measured & unmeasured risks to venture into the entrepreneurial world together. Focusing on the resources at hand to create a solid foundation they decided on their first studio and gallery space at The Old Biscuit Mill in a developing lower Woodstock precinct, Cape Town. The company was established in 2005 and is currently owned by Zizipho Poswa and Andile Dyalvane who collectively bring 15+ years of experience in creative design and manufacturing. The main production line for Imiso is the world acclaimed ceramic range of decorative pieces using a variety of styles and designs. The authenticity and artistry of Imiso’s artworks have earned it a passionate following in international galleries, boutiques and homes. Imiso employs a team of highly skilled artists to create the best possible output. Imiso is driven by the vision of becoming an exclusive Creative Design House that reflects the richness of African cultures and traditions.
