COMPANY BACKROUND Immac-Air is a proudly, individually owned and conducted business, established in 2018 by our company Director, John Louloudias, boasting over 12 years experience on tier one and tier 2 projects conducting commercial installs. At Immac-Air, we strive to provide and sustain the highest quality work and most importantly, enduring professional relationships within the HVAC industry. Immac-Air has rapidly elevated itself within the industry as we are known for completing small to large projects well before deadlines by any means necessary along with minimal disruption to the client and associated trades in a safe and professional manner. COMPANY CAPABILITIES Immac-Air currently employs 21 insured and logical installers across Sydney along with 5 fully equipped vehicles should our services be required instantaneously.We also own multiple diverse lifting equipment and a range of EWP. The company strives for a 50:50 tradesman to apprentice/trainee ratio to ensure quality is managed and works are conducted in a correct and most importantly, safe manner. WHS is a very high priority at Immac-Air and is not to be bypassed no matter the situation. One of our main priorities is that everyone makes it home healthy every day both physically and mentally. Immac-air currently has an active enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) with the Plumbers trade union (PTU) to ensure a happy working environment with no conflictive industrial matters that may amount to sub productive progress on site.
