Immersive Inclusion

Putting Stories to Work" is our tagline, and building organisational and personal competence to create inclusive workplaces through unique but realistic business related stories is our goal. Through our recently released series,"7Seconds", we offer organisations a learning platform to explore diversity & inclusion, unconscious bias, leadership and culture through an immersive story delivered via audiocast. By partnering our stories with facilitated debriefs and workshops, participants have a visceral experience that can be leveraged to explore personal workplace realities. Through augmentation such as theatre-based learning, our stories enable participants to practice and grow through "real play", reliving and rewriting our stories or theirs to build skills and confidence.
