Led by Pr. Nadira Delhem and Dr. Olivier Moralès, Immune insighT is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) Spin-off which stems from academic research. We are specialized in ex-vivo and in-vivo pre-clinical and clinical assessment of new molecules on the immune system and notably on regulatory T cells (Tregs). Immune insighT designs custom-made and effective methods to ensure the efficacy and safety of new molecules on the immune system and notably on human Tregs. We are dedicated to the immune evaluation of new molecules in the fields of cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases but also in pre-industrial testing of agro-food and cosmetic products. We have a unique expertise in the field of human Treg assessment- An original molecular signature allows a complete transcriptomic study of around one hundred genes reflecting Tregs response to your drug candidates: TregSign kit- In-vivo Investigations using cancer PDX-Like murine models (custom-made and carefully monitored using tumor imaging). Immune insight also provides a complete analysis of Tregs, and every other human immune cell (PBMCs, T cells, B cells, NK, monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils…).
