IMNG provides a broad range of support services and hands-on administration and management to foreign owned companies in Brazil. Clients are typically small and medium-sized privately-owned enterprises, smaller listed corporations or subsidiaries of larger listed corporations, that may not be able to devote extensive management time and resources in the Brazilian jurisdiction. We concentrate on foreign direct investments from the operational perspective, engaging as legal representatives and statutory management and administration.
