We have extensive experience in real estate development in Portugal and Angola, both in the housing segment and in industrial, commercial, hotel and service buildings. The assets allow us to create economic value and more sustainability for the Group through the regular feasible revenues. Managing and operating buildings is part of our DNA and is a regular and ongoing activity. Through this business area we also foster innovation within the Group, as we work on the new solutions that our specialty companies develop to later launch them on the market already properly tested and adapted. In addition to the profitability of the integrated business, the assets privilege the partnership relationships with our clients and partners. We are focused on the qualification of buildings, making them more and more active, so we are committed to the integration of products and systems that allow the creation of more value in our constructions, as is the case of storage and power management systems Ampere Energy and the introduction of an integrated high-performance construction concept (Homing Homes offer). We have currently some ongoing projects and others in development that make up a business plan of a new cycle in the promotion of assets for the next four years, mainly in Portugal and in Angola.
