iMov MotionTech

Our vision is to restore dignity and independence of patients suffering from movement disorders by restoring their ability to move. iMov will provide highly customizable state of the art and affordable systems for the diagnosis and treatment of movement disorders in patients affected by strokes and spinal cord injuries. Two product lines are being developed: 1) Gait Diagnosis System Custom design software for movement analysis. Custom design hardware Advanced 3-D visualization 2) Smart F.E.S. system for treatment of foot drop condition Smart sensors to monitor and control muscle activity using neuromodulation techniques. These systems will be portable and capable of being used by anybody neither requiring any technical/expert knowledge nor specialized infrastructure. iMovmotion Tech was incubated at IIT Madras on 20th February 2018 with endorsement by none other than Professor Ashok Jhunjhunwala who leads the telecommunications and Computer Networks group (TeNeT) at IIT Madras. Mr Rahul Suresh and Mr Shreyank Shankar have been our employees on board since November 2017. We are confident of growing from strength to strength gauging from our nomination and the following enthusiastic response we received at Elecrama start-up awards 2018.
