KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Built a network of 50+ partners and created a system for them to refer clients to us. This generated over $6 million from 70+ clients in under 9 months as of December 2022- Led marketing for a startup agency, taking revenue from under 100k to over 5 million ARR. This resulted from multiple go-to-market strategies, including targeted outreach, ABM, partner channels, and live events- In a project for a tax firm, designed an automated system to streamline the partner and customer experiences, increasing the sales conversion rate by ~50% in the first month. Implemented integrations and reporting, created marketing and sales enablement tools, and regularly oversaw the sales team and data management to ensure correct execution.
