We help them develop their competency and capacity in planning, managing, and executing organizational and transformational change. Our goal is to create strategies and plans that result in high program engagement, faster adoption, and greater buy-in. We are a Qualified Education Provider (QEP) with the Global Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Our KRISP® Change Management framework is an accredited 3-day certification training that fulfills the training requirement for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation. This training also supports PDUs for PMI and HRPA.
