Impact Options

Impact Options is a programme catalytic company whose vision is to enable the progress and impact successes of agencies working in Uganda. We drive change through technical support and systems development, aimed at delivering results. We are uniquely placed as we keep a sustained process of documenting conflict transformation processes of Uganda to uniquely inform our consulting engagements. We endeavor to work through long term contract that can give us the space and time for driving change in the complex conflict situation of Uganda. We recruit, train and retain qualified Ugandans for meaningful deployment for effective community engagements with regard to the ethnic dimension of Uganda conflict, while empowering local capacities. We identify our uniqueness by adapting standard programme and capacity building tools to suit the specific local contexts of Uganda conflict and socio-cultural contexts, based on continuous learning. We also identify with innovation and use of technology for capturing and analysis of data.
