Impact People & Change

Impact People & Change is a small but ambitious organisation dedicated to developing people to create impact in the community. We're a team of three, lead by Natasha Chadwick, who has over 15 years experience of making a difference to the lives of others in the education, criminal justice, health, local government and youth sectors. Following a life-changing trip to Uganda, Natasha set-up Impact People & Change and is proud to have grown the business through the pandemic. Our two key areas of focus are: 1) Developing new and aspiring managers We do this through coaching and development programmes, lead primarily by Natasha (see her personal profile for more information). 2) Delivering programmes to develop young people's skills for work and create impact in the community. We do this through our social action mentoring programme which we deliver in partnership with organisations like the Department for Work & Pensions and Nottingham Trent University. Here we provide young people aged 18+ and includes career insights, mentoring, and the opportunity to deliver a social action project. These programmes are delivered through our network of associates and volunteers.
