Through facilitation, presentation training, and productivity training. Throughout my career, these three have stood out for me as the most important aspects that teams have to figure out in order to be productive and provide excellent and consistent service. For this to happen, technical staff and leaders at levels of an organization have to understand each other, and the organization’s objectives, in order to get more done effectively, and at the same time get closer to their clients. We work with professional services organizations to help them develop TEAMS that WOW their customers. We do this through workshops and seminars that help individuals and their teams with productivity training; and skills development in presentation and facilitation techniques.
