At IMPACT Youth Mentoring Program (YMP), we firmly believe that ambitious young people seeking to leave a positive mark in the world must be actively supported, nurtured, and mentored to flourish and reach their full potential. We understand that young people face complex challenges in finding the right study or career, talent and early career development, and building a professional network. Mentorship can play a crucial factor in young people's personal and professional growth, particularly for those passionate about venturing into an academic or professional field unbeknown to their immediate environment. IMPACT YMP aims to connect, guide, and support ambitious young people in making an impact in their studies, careers, and communities through mentoring. Our youth mentorship program seeks to empower youth by building a generation of young and impactful people ready to serve the world and contribute effectively to decision-making in public, private, and multilateral institutions.
