IMPAQT was founded in 2019 focussing on Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior consultancy - We partner with Individuals, Teams and Organisations, helping Leaders and their Teams engage with the unconscious, develop relevant and impactful behaviors and improve organisational effectiveness. IMPAQT works in service of the specific goals and aspirations of Clients, creating the right conditions for self-awareness as Individual and in role as Leader. At all times being sensitive to the organisational dynamics that can influence and interfere with leadership.
