Implement Legal is a boutique intellectual property law firm specializing in copyright, trademark, design patents, and business law for creative professionals and the businesses that work with them. Founded by Katherine de Vos Devine and Robert de Vos Devine, the firm practices relational law-we know that creative professionals exist within networks of relationships, and believe that legal counsel should recognize and strengthen creative ecosystems. The firm serves two primary client groups: established creative businesses (galleries, record labels, production companies, museums, creative agencies, brands) and high-earning individual creatives who are transitioning to sustainable business models.
