Impressability [previously Renzomes Consultancy] is based on a philosophy of career development designed and developed by our Career Development Specialist, Zoë Wundenberg, called Dream Plan Live©. This philosophy of career development focuses on the idea that career development is for everyone; no matter what you do for a living. We are all worthy of reaching our potential and defining our own happiness within a practical construct of our reality. There is a widely held misconception that career development, including coaching and counselling, is only for those who are in the corporate world, are miserable in their job or are looking for a new career path. However, maintaining your career is just as important as managing change, no matter what you do for a living. Bad day at work? Great day at work and you want to capitalise on it?
