Imprint Fund

Imprint Global, Inc. is a 501c3 venture philanthropy group managing a portfolio of nonprofit organizations and social change initiatives. The fund is a non profit under group tax exemption, and dedicated to working with leaders of color. Imprint is uniquely poised to support communities and carry the torch of equity and freedom. We are here to ignite a flame of hope in vulnerable communities. We support entrepreneurs in a variety of ways. We take a venture philanthropy approach to explore, conduct due diligence, and evaluate impact. Flexible funding from our donors allows us to make deposits of talent, time, and treasure across a diverse set of community impact areas from the inside-out. Education, culture, family, health, justice, business, and sport is just a sample of the broad funding categories and issue areas we target. As a boutique group, we can be innovative and create new funding initiatives to develop engaging collaborations with our donors.
