ImproSells’ offers communication workshops that seek to sharpen listening, problem-solving, and partnering skills. We do this by teaching improvisation to sales professionals. By understanding the principals behind awareness, agreement, and advancement, salespeople can master the skills that empower them to create a successful improv and establish long-term client relationships. Unlike role playing, which works in familiar territory, improv takes salespeople out of their comfort zone. It increases self-awareness by spotlighting how one gathers and processes information. It also stimulates creativity, spontaneity, and builds self-confidence. ImproSells’ workshops are a fun, engaging way to build the skills that empower the consultative seller. Customized Workshops to Meet Your Training Needs Unlike traditional sales training or other improv-based workshops, ImproSells instructors include an MBA with experience in marketing communications and an experienced teacher and theater professional. These instructors have developed exercises that focus on the communication skills required by a successful sales professional: information gathering/ reading the room, partnering/teamwork, agreement, exploring and heightening ideas, making offers/problem solving, etc. Our Consultative Process ImproSells’ customizes a curriculum for your company’s training needs. Our team meets with you in advance to better understand where you are and what you hope to accomplish in terms of training. We then tailor a workshop that addresses the areas you expressed as especially important. Workshops can be held from 9am – 5pm, Monday – Saturday, for six to 15 students.
