I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for relationship work, informed by work I do with individuals, where I mostly use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Dynamics. Technical terms aside, I use the latest techniques to get to the bottom of what's wrong and help you fix it with innate capabilities you probably didn't know you already possess.
