IMRSV Tools is a platform encompassing- A Composition Application: Create immersive content in Virtual Reality (VR) using intuitive tools and interfaces and rapidly share compositions- A Theater Application: Discover and experience VR compositions in a virtual theater environment, providing audiences with an immersive viewing experience closer to a Youtube explore and play approach- Integrated Digital Media Distribution: Seamlessly distribute VR content through digital channels, reaching a global audience- Community features: Foster a vibrant community of creators and enthusiasts, facilitating collaboration, feedback, and sharing of VR experiences in a tribe based model. The platform is built leveraging open concepts using industry-standard technologies such as Universal Scene Description (AOUSD), MaterialX (MTLX), and OpenXR for enhanced compatibility and seamless integration with various platforms and workflows. Fully cross-platform (Windows, Linux, Mac) PCVR for the most robust experiences, again leveraging (and contributing to) open technologies to allow headsets to operate effectively outside the current walled garden runtimes they are currently limited to. Maximum Portability with a wide range of upstream and downstream use cases, enabling seamless integration into existing workflows and technologies and onto other applications and workflows. Overall we will significantly decrease the complexities of creating and discovering short-format immersive stories and experiences - allowing creators to have access to large audiences, or privately take their compositions with them into other apps and tools to further their aspirations and - allow audience members to seamlessly explore more content than previously available.
