The aim of the IMS was purely to develop a system for managing a business’s safety, training, plant, equipment and general operations which was simple and easy to use. Easy and simple are the two factors we associate most with the IMS. To achieve this we set a clear objective during the development stages of the IMS to reduce the amount of clicks to navigate through the IMS. Albeit in a logical way this integration allowed us to incorporate certain aspects of a business usually missed or poorly managed. The secondary objective of the IMS was to develop a system which securely controlled and managed an organisations business.
