In-House Only, LLC was founded in 2003 as a full-service national scope legal placement firm that specialized in placing “diverse” lawyers in corporate law departments and with their outside law firms. Today, our clients are increasingly asking us to submit our candidates (primarily lawyers and external/government affairs professionals) for their corporate social responsibility (csr) roles. Recognizing these legal, business and communications professionals as being principally responsible for the company’s public image and direction in all of the markets where it does business, attention to diversity remains essential. We recruit, present and place these diverse professionals that companies and their law firms are seeking from a range of business, compliance, government relations, policy and communications specialties.
