Experienced Trial Attorney practicing in Family Law and Criminal Defense. I prepare each case as if it were going to trial, resulting in an excellent percentage of settlements to the best advantage of the client. When necessary, I have tried cases in the Superior, District and Juvenile courts. I have successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and have appeared before the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the Probate and Family Courts of Massachusetts. Formerly a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court as well as for the Justices of the Superior Court, I spent the last 7 years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorneys office, and tried multiple cases in that position. Trials spanned from one day bench trials, to bifurcated trials including Subsequent Offenses and Habitual Criminal charges, to two-week Life Felony jury trials.
