In-Sa For Inclusivity

Established in 1993 by two visionary leaders, In-SA has evolved into a vibrant team of 30 diverse professionals spanning 7 provinces in South Africa. Our mission is to foster a unified South African nation where everyone finds a sense of belonging. We collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions addressing sensitive issues such as racism, sexism, ageism, and other forms of discrimination prevalent in the workplace. Aligned with the strategic objectives of our clients, our conversational workshops are strategically crafted to promote cultural understanding and alignment. We believe that organisational cultural health directly correlates with financial prosperity. Through immersive workshops, we facilitate meaningful dialogues fostering unity and comprehension. Our goal is to enhance social cohesion and elevate business acumen. In-SA envisions a unified South Africa where our common humanity supersedes our differences. Our impact extends beyond borders, as evidenced by our extensive reach. In 2017 alone, we conducted 77 workshops over 10 weeks, spreading messages of peace and harmony across Ethiopia, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, and Namibia.
