In the Round founder Matthew Ralli, has eighteen years experience working in the Irish Arts sector as a director, writer, actor and producer. He is the Artistic Director of Speckintime, an Irish theatre company that specialises in supporting writers and theatre makers in producing exciting and engaging new work. Matthew also works in the corporate sector as a coach, facilitator and specialist role-player.
