In2One Wellness is a 18 year old diversified wellness business located in Scottsdale Arizona. In2One Wellness offers a variety of unique fitness, nutrition and weight loss programs. Our exercise programs are specially created for youth (sports performance), seniors (active lifestyles) and everyone in between. The programs are not taken from magazines, websites or copied from commercial videos. In2One’s approach is unique, original and the workouts are therapeutic by design. At In2One Wellness your experience will be completely different than what you’ve grown accustomed to at the big box gyms. Our holistic wellness approach is much different from your local health and fitness center, which includes working with conventional personal trainers. The wellness programs are always evolving and changing, thereby having a stay fresh appeal.
