Experienced lock smith and safe engineer Paul Betteridge spotted a serious need for extra security solutions in the Pay & Display arena back in 2005. From 2005 to 2009 whilst working on these security solutions, Paul dedicated himself to developing an intimate knowledge of all Pay & Display machines. In 2009 InaParc was formed and as word of our ability to bring any make or model of Pay & Display machine back to life, began operating nationally with a small workforce of engineers. During the following few years InaParc also opened an online store dedicated to machine parts, sales and advice. This store quickly became the Europe's largest and most frequented store dedicated to Pay & Display machines and parts and is still running strong today. Fast forward nearly 10 years and InaParc have become notorious within the industry for our dedication to innovation and delivering a high level of customer support, with our founder often being found attending customer sites to personally solve machine faults or ensure high levels of training is delivered. The InaParc team now consists of a committed group of engineers, dedicated account managers, sales/ marketing team and office manager. All of whom share a devotion to delivering the highest standard of customer support. InaParc’s reputation lead to German based Pay & Display machine manufacturer Hectronic GmbH approaching us in the spring of 2017 to help cement a position within the UK. Since then InaParc have become UK trading partners with Hectronic and have the full support of their entire global operation. This relationship has led InaParc to not only position themselves as national machine provider but also as an innovation leader. In 2018 InaParc along with Hectronic launched their latest product; the Elevation Upgrade Kits. The kits were widely well received during their launch at ParkEx 2018 with the kits reaching the finals of Innovation Trail awards.
