I’m Kristine Lombardozzi, MD, a practicing acute care/trauma surgeon, and surgical intensivist and the founder of Inara Coaching. I am a certified coach who specializes in coaching surgeons. I understand how to work with smart, high-achieving, and dedicated individuals. I have experienced the demands, expectations, and challenges of a career in surgery and can leverage that understanding within the coaching relationship. Inara Coaching offers consultation, individual and group coaching to surgeons who are looking to transform their lives and practices into meaningful, balanced, and purposeful ones.
